Tip 22 Saving time in the kitchen by marking tins

I have made life easier for myself by marking the size on the bottom of all of my baking tins with a permanent pen.  No more running upstairs for a tape measure every time I bake.....whoopee !

First attempt at making Chelsea Buns in my 9" tin today

  1. Thanks for the tip Marion! I always wonder why the manufacturers don't include the sizes on the sides of baking tins. Ooh and those chelsea buns look fab, I remember making those when I was at school...yum !
