Baking today. Bread and Cornish Pasties


My Daughter and I made Bread and Cornish Pasties today
This is the Recipe we used doubling the ingredients to make good use of both shelves in the Oven 
We made them with Mince and added Carrot to the filling
We will use this recipe again and experiment with different fillings
Any suggestions for other fillings would be very much appreciated

  1. Those Pasties look really inviting. I've only ever made them once and I seem to remember I used beef, potato, and onion, with lots of ground black pepper.... they were good. Your 'crimping' looks very professional.

    I like to make a corned beef hash with potatoes carrots onions and a tin of corned beef, they get wolfed on in our house and makes a nice change from the traditional ones...love your blog Marion
