TIP 39 To reduce neck and back pain

 What I learned at Staff Training yesterday. I have now put my PC Screen on a box to lift it up.  The top of the screen should be at eye level to reduce neck and back strain.  I was slumping before and can already feel the difference  :-)


  1. I need to do this - many hours over the computer and my neck always plays up. Will give it a go

  2. Just done it - will let you know if it works.

  3. I have a nifty little stand for my laptop that raises it at the back making the whole thing more comfortable both for viewing & typing..... I won it in a raffle ..!!
