Happy 2018

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2018 

I have been tidying up my little old blog for the new year. Lots of old posts have been deleted

I have started using Instagram which I find quicker but it can be so addictive !  I am following lots of people on Instagram who I have been following for years on my blog

I will keep this blog for now as I like doing Tutorials and adding bits and bobs somebody in the world might find interesting

A trip down Memory Lane with Zebras

My Sister has this lovely photo of our Dad.  Mum must have taken it at the Kruger National Park when we lived in South Africa bless her.  I remember we went there and didn't see any Giraffes or Lions or Tigers just lots of Zebras and Springboks.  Happy memories ...

We woke up to find this today in flooded Sussex

We woke up to this this morning ! I wonder how quickly we could build an Ark ?

I went out in my wellies to help the Postman deliver post to our flooded neighbours.

That was more fun than doing housework : )

Wooden candlestick for Bible School

My husband made this enormous candlestick which holds 15 candles.  I can't think why he took a photo of me varnishing it !   Looking at our living room then it must have been in the 1990's but it doesn't feel like that long ago
