Very very tasty Celtic Lady Sal Bacon now a Family Favourite

I had to make this for Dinner tonight after finding the Recipe on

It is very, very tasty and so simple to make

I made the Oven Bake version. Hubby loved it so it will be another Family Favourite

Layered Bacon, Onion, Potato and Cheese. The only change I made to Celtic Lady's Recipe was to sprinkle crushed Crisps on top before cooking it to give it a crunchy top....delicious !
